Can someone please tell me about Owner's Locker and how much it costs.. ?? THanks, !!!!!!!!

Hi kritter,

I can do that. There's a one-time fee for the Locker, its initial delivery and its initial pickup from your resort when you check out of $75. We call this the Membership Fee. Then it's $99 per year which includes storage in our climate controlled warehouse and one free delivery/pickup (we call this a Visit) per year

The DIS has negotiated an exclusive deal for DISBoard Members that reduces the Membership Fee from $75 to $45 and includes an extra free Visit per year for the first three years. If you sign up, choose "I heard about it on The DIS" and hit the "recalculate order" button to get your discount.

Let me know if you have any other questions

John

Thanks John,

I have a few more questions. So the membership fee is that a one time fee of $45.00 for DIS members? Then I can get two free pickups every year for three years?? How much is an extra pick up and drop off if I exceed the two visits per year!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, for all of your hope!!!!!!!!!!!!

John can answer the business questions. I just wanted to give you a customer POV.

We love our locker. We've mad 2 trips using it, and it has made everything so much easier. John and Brian are a class act and provide great service. We actually love our locker so much, we've considered getting another one.

Good luck with your decision!

I have to give John, Brian & their lockers 2 thumbs up also. Just returned from our first trip with our locker and we were really blown away by their customer service and attention to detail. We are very happy we signed up.

Thanks, What kinds of things have you stored in your locker???!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife handled the packing of it but I know she put in Large beach towels, kids toys, pool toys, bathing suits, non perishable type foods, brush, crocs, hats, sunscreen, wine. She has the inventory list I will be updating on the owenrs locker site soon. We drove down this trip so we had room to take some extra stuff to leave in the locker. Our trip in October we will be flying down so we won't have to bring as much. I'm sure this service will really come in handy now that most of the airlines are charging each person for a 2nd checked bag.

Take a minute to scan the posts. There are several that talks all about Owners Locker and the lists of items that Members store. A great company providing a great service, I might add.

I can't even begin to tell you how much we LOVE our locker. I was even able to use my locker as a storage to stage a surprise for my son and daughter in law on their honeymoon. We stuffed it with some surprises (ears, toasting glasses, etc.) on our trip in Feb., and they opened it in June. You can read about it on John's blog on his website ( I think he posted something around last August)

I love packing light and knowing that all my "essentials" are awaiting me when I arrive.

My only regret is that *I* didn't come up with the idea first.:)
