Owner's Locker Service: Any issues?

Hi there, we are beta trial members and have used the service for the first time earlier this year. We have 3 trips coming up and was wondering if anyone has used them multiple times and if there were any issues with the service? We are really looking forward to utilizing the service but are curious to know of it is as easy as it seems.

We have used OwnersLocker three times so far and have had nothing but great service.

They are actually pretty invisible - we got an email several days prior to leaving just letting us know that they were prepared to deliver our locker for arrival. At arrival the resort let us know that we had a locker waiting and after leaving we've had an email waiting to let us know that our locker had been picked up and taken back into storage.

In talking with the Bell Staff at the resorts where we've stayed, they are all aware of the service and have a good respect and working relationship with OL - another good sign.

No problems at all to report in our experience.

I've used it once and will be using it again in 9 days. They send you an email when they drop off your locker at the resort of your choice and they email you again when they have it back in storage. Doc was right it is very invisable. Last week I got an email from my locker telling me it was looking forward to its visit to OKW! That email still makes me smile.

Nothing but good things to report here. As a matter of fact we threw them a curve ball in February. Did our scheduled check in and check out at VWL, all without a hitch. We didn't go home - had a 3 day meeting for DH at one of the airport hotels. While there, we realized there was a trade show in Orlando we really needed to go to. We were able to get a ressie at SSR. Called John on a mere 24 hours notice to tell them we were moving back to WDW for an unscheduled extra 4 days. Our Locker was there when we arrived. As a matter of fact, the Locker was a big reason we were able to pull off the unexpected stay. We didn't have to run to the store for sundries, and had extra laundry soap, etc in the Locker to wash enough clothes to carry us through.

Big thumbs up to Owners Locker from this family!!:thumbsup2
 

I would think that based on the OL threads here, issues are the exception rather than the norm, and are usually created by travellers like me who change resorts, or book last minute, or give the incorrect information.

In my case I would not call John 'invisible' - in fact, he has added to my enjoyment of my recent trips... ;)

Based on what I read recently, a 'share your OL success stories' would net more responses. It seems that they are definitely wow their customers with their level of service and ability to go above and beyond.
 
We have used them twice and will be using them in just a couple of weeks and LOVE THE SERVICE !!!!!! I love the container and all its uses , but the SERVICE is fantastic. They have gotten customer service down terrifically !

Great service! I endorse all the previous glowing reports. Packing is so much simpler. My daughter and I have a trip coming in a few weeks and I just broke my arm - it's great to know that all our Disney "essentials" will be at VWL when we arrive and I won't have to try and manuever a heavy suitcase. A rolling carry-on for me and a backpack for my daughter and we are set!
Don't know how we managed before Owner's Locker. :thumbsup2
 
I've used it a few times and no problems whatsoever - it's great that a service like this came along - a lot less stuff for me to bring every time I go!
 
Nothing but praise for Owners Locker:thumbsup2 . We've used them twice with our last trip (6/07), they came off site to a private home for our pick up. We are very happy with them.
 
We have used them twice so far. I echo all of the above and the service is outstanding!
 
It wasn't a problem with Owner's Locker, but during our first trip Bell Services couldn't locate our locker, so I made a call to Brian. Within about 15 minutes he had the problem resolved. Apparently the CM who took the locker usually works at a different resort and stored it in the wrong place. But luckily Owners Locker keeps a track of who they turn the locker over to, and traced the CM down.

I was thrilled with the fact that Owners Locker takes so much care when delivering the locker.
 
I,too, have nothing but praise for Owner's Locker. We have even switched resorts part way thru our trip, and there was no problem. Our only difficulty was last trip a couple of weeks ago, at Marriott Cypress Harbour, and the night staff had never heard of owner's locker!!:scared1: They certainly did have my Locker!;) I ended my stay at an Embassy Suites, and it even got picked up on time there. Great job from Owner's Locker!:woohoo:
 
I will also agree that Owners Locker is fantastic!

Owner's locker is great!! We had to cut our tripshort and it was seamless. We were able to change our departure date with no issues.
