Owners Locker Question

Is there still some sort of DIS discount for OL - think it had free extra visit a year for first couple years, discount on fee (I think). We are taking our first of 3 DVC trips this year in about 10 days and have pretty much decided to go for it.

Any info would be great!

There sure is ... On the main page there is a dropdown box that asks how you heard about OL. Select I heard about it on the DIS and you'll get the discount.

I highly recomend them too! We have only used ours for 2 trips, and we LOVE it! Our only regret is that John ran out of cooler bags before we got one last week!

LOL, well, the whole trip, he kept asking when you were having another meet, because it was hot, and he kept thinking of all the things he would have put in it to take along to the parks! It probably wont be so hot in December, so he wont want all that cold stuff!

Thanks for the help. It amazes me that I have yet to read one post where someone says "you know, I just feel really ripped off by my Owner's Locker". Everyone seems to absolutely LOVE it.

I did click on the DIS discount, and it shows the discount fee, but not the additional trip per year. Will that be further in when I check out? I really can't wait. This is our first year with DVC and have 4 trips planned this year.

You can sign up now from home, and they will charge your credit card when they deliver your locker the first time. I believe your yearly fee is on that anniversary date, but I could be wrong.

Take the plunge, you'll LOVE it! We kept all of our liquids there, so we travel with just a few days of lcothes in our carry on, and its so easy!

Thanks for the kind words. The site won't show the extra free visit...just the DIS discount. We confirm the extra free visit in a separate e-mail. (short answer: very expensive to get the site to show this for a temporary promotion!)

Camping, the one-time Membership Fee ($45 under the DIS deal) is charged 30 days before you arrive or immediately if your trip is less than 30 days out. The $99 annual fee is charged on the day your Locker comes into our warehouse for the first time full of your stuff. Diane is right (as usual!). This is your Annivewrsary Date and your "year" begins to run on that date. It's sort of like a use year but we use the actual date. Hope this makes sense.

You are sooooo right! Another OL lover here, and I have never heard of anyone regretting signing up for OL. Go for it! You can always cancel if you decide it's not for you.
