Sigh, It is something that happens a few times a year. I am great for putting my shirt on inside out. Last 4th of July I was at a very public event. It was a white tee shirt for goodness sake, it's easy to do....right????

My husband noticed it and told me I got up and went to the ladies room and fixed it and I came out to a group of people laughing nicely. I did not seem mean to me at all. I bowed and I went on my way.

It's not the first time it has happened to me. It's kind of a joke in my family. I am sometimes rushed.

A friend posted on Facebook this week she was wearing 2 different flip flops, this is what happens when you get dressed in the dark she said.

I just love the humor in it!

Yes!! :rolleyes1
I have a pair of black dress pants for work that I have put on inside out more than once. I too get dressed in a fairly dark bedroom.

*raise hand* have done that a few times! Thank god my co worker in the room next to me is the same. When we have backwards day are work, I am happy.

About a month ago I realized half way through my work day that I had my underwear on inside out. I just left them that way. Gave myself a much needed laugh.

I have 2 pairs of the exact same pumps except for the color - one pair is navy blue & one pair is black.

I looked down in church one Sunday morning, & I had on one black pump & one navy blue pump. Oops!

Just recently, my parents came over to our house for something, &, the whole time they were here, I couldn't figure out why my shorts weren't fitting the right way. I just kept tugging on them.

After they left, I looked more closely & realized I was wearing them inside-out.

Hilarious that you're bringing this up today...about 1/2 way through church yesterday I noticed that I'd put my little crocheted shrug on inside out. A bit  embarrassing but no biggie - I quickly slipped it off and put it back on again properly. About 3/4 of the way through church I noticed that the strappy sundress I'd thrown on in a rush to get out the door was on BACKWARDS! That one wasn't quite so easy to rectify on the fly! :thumbsup2

My all-time personal best though was a year or so ago. I have two very similar pairs of black patent shoes; one's a heel and one's a wedge. Rushing out the door again (see a pattern??) apparently caused me to wear one of each, which when I noticed, I thought I'd just suck it up for the rest of the day. That was before my boss "helpfully" pointed out that they were both for the left foot - a detail that had completely escaped me. :sad2:

When my DD was a baby and I wasn't sleeping much due to late night feelings and diaper changes I went to work with 2 different shoes on. They were both black but a different style.

I have done all of these! What is sad is I have done them all more than once! I just tell people it takes a village to dress me!

I've done this before.

My favorite, though, was my coworker was limping all day, and she was convinced that she hurt her foot, even though it didn't hurt. She finally realized that she had two different shoes with different heels on. She laughed so hard, and we did, too. :)

When I was 17 I took my driver's test for the second time and must have really been nervous. Halfway home, with new license in hand I realized my shirt was inside out. Oh well!

A year ago I wore two different kind of tenna shoes to the gym, I need someone to dress me, I wear stuff inside out, miss belt loops. Im a mess

I did this years ago at work, except my 2 pairs of shoes were grey and black. It was lunchtime before I realized I was wearing one grey shoe and one black shoe.

Just a few weeks ago, DH kept complaining that his chest felt itchy on one side and he couldn't figure out why. I thought something about his shirt looked strange, but I, too, couldn't figure it out. After a while, I realized that I could see seams, so I said, "Is your shirt inside out?" He looked down and said, "Oh, yeah, I guess so." It was one of those t-shirts with the pocket and that's what was scratching him.

Now, on occasion, I have gone to work with mismatching shoes on purpose. I love Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star hi-tops and have a small collection. I've been known to wear one green shoe and one red shoe on Christmas... :rolleyes1

1 navy sock
1 black sock

More than once, way more!

I wore navy blue pants with my black work shirt. Yup, got dressed in the dark AND in a rush!

I own same style slip on shoes in different colors. One day while walking through town with son to his barber, I realized I had 2 different colors on..one was bright pink and the other bright aqua blue :rotfl: They felt fine as they are the exact same style, I didn't know until I looked down at my feet.

A couple of years ago we were on the boat from VWL to MK. I was wearing a black, white, and red tie dye shirt. While on the boat DD asked me why I was wearing my shirt wrong side out.
