I keep reading in the UG that you can't take the rental strollers on - makes sense - but it's made me paranoid that you can't take your own on, either. Say it isn't so!
We took ours on the railroad, shoot we even took it on the train to Rafiki's planet watch. If you can fold your stroller you can take it on the train. The rental strollers won't fit, that's why you can't take them.
Yes, you can take your own stroller on the train, but it MUST be folded. If you have a rental wheelchair and are able to transfer you can, but if you cannot get out of the wheelchair, there are certain cars for disabled.
Just agreeing with the others who said you CAN ride in a wheelchair. My DD has ridden many times in her wheelchair. She is not able to get out.
As the others said, if the person can get out of the wheelchair to step up into the train and the wheelchair folds, they can choose to get out.
But, there are also wheelchair accessible train cars with a ramp to drive onto the train.
