Hello There,
I just found this site and need help. We are planning a trip the end of March. Last time we were Disney bound was 4/2001. At that time we used my sil time share at Liki Tiki. The kids loved the water park but the place was kinda run down. Anyway, I would like some ideas. Here's my list of must have...

1-Need a kitchen because I like to cook.
2-Need a nice pool. (Would like a place w/ pool slide etc but it's not necessity.

Thank you in advance for helping me out.

There are many nice timeshares in Orlando. All the resorts that I have stayed in were fine and some just great. Do some research on this site and you'll find all you need. i have heard so-so reviews of the Liki-tiki as well. Good luck.

Check out www.tripadvisor.com for reviews in Orlando.

I recommend using www.hotelkingdom.com and see what you get for Cypress Point Grand Villas, or Villas. There is a nice pool, and it is a nice resort. However, you might have to pay more, because the end of March is Easter, one of the busiest seasons in Florida.

We have stayed at the Vistana last year and this year again.... great place for the kids 7 pools and lots to do. If you join http://www.mousesavers.com they have some discounts for the Resort if you book through them, another site that has discounts links is http://www.allearsnet.com/ I think that that have sonething for the Vistana has well.

Good luck and let me know if you have any quesitons. Trip advisor is a great site for reviews.

www.skyauction.com
click on USA/Canada
Click on Florida (right side)
click on hotels only (right bottom)

you are looking for the ones that say only 7 days - these are the timeshares - this place also has a lot of hotels (1-14, 1-7, 1-3 - days - these are hotels).

for the timeshares the extra charges are $195 (exchange fee) + $15 (their fee) plus what ever you bid.

this is owned by the same corporation that owns RCI (the big exchange company) and this is where their inventory comes from.

if you don't like audition
then
www.condodirect.com

this II (International Interval - the other big exchange company) - this is their excess inventory and in some cases - the resort's is using them as a rental site.

at 60 days is the best inventory (and sometimes the best prices at II ones)

the best prices at skyauction can be right before you leave - there have been OL and Sheraton's Vistana for a reservation a few days before - like the reservation date is 9/1/2005 - but it only gets on the skyauction system - like 8/25/2005 - not many bidders for it and so you can get it for just a few dollars....

I can drive to Orlando - so last minute one are okay for me - some people can't.

Thanks though I still can't find anything nice for the dates I want 3/24-3/31. :sad2:

this will be harder to find anything

www.vrbo.com

these are owner owned condo and houses.

you are going at a high season time during easter week - easter week is March 26 until April 2.

WDW will be very crowded.
