Overwhelmed Booking for A Group of 12!!!!!!!

Last trip I did a group of 11 from 4 different states, from NY to CA.

I asked everyone for their "must dos"

I planned FPS for the common must dos, starting at about 11 am. After lunch, we split up, and met again for dinner ADRs. Some went back for a swim, others stayed through. It worked incredibly well.

You could always let everyone do their own thing and meet up for some meals. I can't imagine 12 people staying on the same schedule for a week.

Did this once. Once. I expected to do our own thing, meet up at night or what ever, but no...we took every single step together. This was back during Legacy Fastpasses. My family would sneak out at night to take advantage of the EMH, and got more done in those 2-3 hours then we did in 10 hours at the parks as a group. And don't get me started on the bathroom breaks, or the I don't want a drink right now only to want one after everybody gets one and we are 500 steps away...

Nope, never again.

As was said, at least see what they all want to do. Rope drop or not? Thrill rides? etc.

THis is my approach. I won't travel WITH others. We will travel at the same time., be happy to meet up a few times (a day? or a trip?), but groups larger than 6 always meant issues because of different approaches to travel, dining, etc. And hate the phrase, "what do we do next?" THey have the same map...pick something and suggest it.

My hat is off to those who can play cruise director for a large group. But that sounds like hell on Earth to me.
