overweight grandmother

My mother is going to Disney World with us this week. Now she wants to back out because she is overweight and thinks that she is too large to fit on the rides. She is large but she can still get around and she is still active. I want to calm her fears, but I don't her to be embarrassed by some of the ride attendants. Has anyone had any experience with this?
