Overlapping stays at Aulani with Duplicate Guests

We have a stay booked in May, where we have some room switching occurring. Most of us are showing up Thursday with a checkout on Tuesday. The last person will show up Sunday. And then 2 people will be moving into a new studio on Monday, for a checkout on Friday. I have different lead guests for the 2 stays, however will the system allow check-in on the 2nd room while they're both still listed in the first room? Or is there a way to have the front desk check out only 2 people on Monday?
