Overkill to eat at BOG 3 times?

No ..... given that I think breakfast and lunch are some of the better meals in the MK for quick service (especially on DDP). Dinner is great because of Beast but not a wow menu nor experience if you have had QS there already. If you eat dinner first that would be optimal. After eating QS style, dinner just felt like the same minus me ordering at kiosk.

With so many other options 3 times seems a bit much. We went for dinner and it was awesome, maybe twice would be ok. Go for a breakfast and a dinner. No matter what you decide it will be the right decision!!!!

We had all three booked in one trip last year but ended up dropping breakfast as it was the least appealing to us. But I see nothing wrong with doing each meal in one trip.

Nah, I think you'll get a different experience each time & obviously the variety in food. We are doing lunch and dinner this year!
We have already done lunch twice, it's soooo yummy!
Looking forward to that and dinner with steaks and the Beast at dinner :)

We had breakfast twice and lunch once during the same trip last year--will do breakfast, lunch and dinner this time!! Enjoy!!

Thing is I *don't* know if it's what I want to do! BOG is new since the last time I was at WDW so I have no idea if we'll enjoy it. I'm still trying to figure out our first night TS meal. I think we'll get to our resort in the early afternoon then head to Fantasyland for just 2-3 hours then get dinner. It will just be DH, myself, and our 2 and 4 year old DDs. I was thinking Chef Mickey's but then thought maybe it would be nice to eat in the park where we already are (and then we could keep touring if the kids are up to it). I've never eaten at either. Thoughts comparing the two?

I think that BOG thee times is fine. People go to 'Ohana twice in a trip becuase Breakfst and dinner are two different experiences, so why not BOG?

I think that for a first meal with kids, I would think abut what they might enjoy, though. Of course this is just how we roll when the dis are with us, bbut we always start with a character meal to get them in the swing of things. BOF is not character, but the Beast is there. I woudl probably take the kids to Crystal Palace if you want to stay in park, or Chef Mickey if you think you will want to leave. FOr us, ti is nto about the food at teh character meals, but we do like CM. What do we know? LOL!
