Was that an adult or a child that said it?

My dd used to say "I'm soaking hot" instead of I'm soaking wet. Sounds like something a 4 or 5 year old would say.

I love it!

I had a suitemate in college who used to say "I have to pee like an ant." To this day I have NO CLUE what she meant by that.

My sis in law once said "Phew, it is as hot as Haiti." When I pointed out that she probably meant Hades, she said "What... Haiti is hot too, right?" Now she just says "It's Africa hot out." She tells the weather by countries I guess.
