Overdue and Overpacked II: The LaLas Take on the World: EPILOGUE ON PAGE 58

She doesn't. She just makes everything up. In fact, I'm not even sure she's been to Disney World.

And I'm not even sure you're a woman. Much less a former Miss Georgia. As some would have us believe. But that was funny. It's no wonder they call you the Queen of the One Liners. Although if you wanna get technical, that was a Three Liner. And yes, they taught us countin' way down here. Shocker!

ILuvWishes: Welcome to the madness! The first thing you must learn if you're gonna follow along on this trip report is to put Chapter 11 and ZZUB on Ignore. Pay no attention to anything they type. Well, unless they're being nice. And funny. Which is rare. Or is it? And to answer your question: pictures help jog the memory so I take lots of them. I also try to jot down anything really funny that happens so I won't forget to write about it when I get back. Just curious. Which would you say is the better fireworks show: Wishes or Illuminations?

DJR: Back away from the popcorn. Back away slowly.

I thought of ZZub when Ryan told Simon he needed a Bra, I often imagine ZZub has man-bazongas like Simon, talks like Simon, rolls his eyes like Simon, bashes short-skirted belt wearin' ladies like Simon....but has a really big heart in a scary funny way.

Next thing your going to tell me is you like Simon and Garfunkel.

Give me a break and Blame it on the Rain...

yeah yeah.

LALA. I love your TR, and I also think Chap has the legs to win the title TFI:yay:

You ought to see me in my black, strapless number ...

And to answer your question: pictures help jog the memory so I take lots of them.

With the lens cap on, apparently. Which explains your opaque memory.

“How did I get here? This is not my beautiful house. Same as it ever was. Same as it ever was."
Now that's what I'm talkin about! Some good 80's music. Sorry I'm late...so behind in my reading.

Full of funny as always!

Your sweet girl is so adorable wanting to be the baby frog. So cute!

And I'm still numb too. Because Miss Nancy never called my name when she looked through the magic mirror.

Nice to know some folks can sit down by the fire without sleeping. I knew it could be done.

That being said I'm gonna take my nap now cause I'm spending the night on the floor at church tonight at the GA sleepover.

Now I'm numb for you. Cause Lexmelinda is such a common name! Thanks for posting, my girl.

Often? If I were you, I think I'd keep that to myself. Cause I've got a feeling Chappina will be along shortly, wearing a black strapless number and a pair of really, really tight stilettos, racking up the puke tally faster than you can say Paula Put Down the Cup.

I can't tell who you're talking to here. But just for the record, I'm not a huge fan of Simon and Garfunkel. And although I can't speak for ZZUB, I will anyway. He doesn't just like them. He loves them. I bet. Because all old geezers love 'em some Simon and Garfunkel. They go nuts for that Bridge Over Troubled Water song.

Thanks Woman! Thanks for reading and responding. :thumbsup2

Unfortunately, I already did. Frick had the pictures.

Which explains your opaque memory

Yes, it does, doesn't it? I hear it's the mind's way of protecting itself. From hideous, unfathomable sights that no human eye should ever have to endure! Miss Georgia. In your dreams.

And just so yall know, I'm working on the next chapter now and hope to have it up in a few days. Thanks for hanging in there with me, everybody!

Everybody except Chapperella, that is.

That is a tough question......Let me see......I will have to say WISHES!! But, that is just my opinion. Don't get me wrong, I really like Illuminations, but I get bored when the globe comes out.

Now, I need to be honest, again. I read ZZUB's report 1st and that is how I found your TR. Can I still be allowed to read you TR? PLEASE?????

I figured as much.

No. I don't think so.

Of course I'm kidding, ILuvIlluminations. There's plenty of room on the crazy train! Hop on board.

Frick: DED!

Please tell me there is more of your trip report coming? I didn't miss the end did I? We are expecting a Noreaster this weekend - could be a lot of
s-n-o-w (which is a four letter word in April!) and I could really use some stories from a Disney trip to cheer me up!:)

LaLa-I've gotta tell you, you are a FABULOUS writer! Have you thought about doing it for a living? I have never laughed at loud at anything as much as I have your trip report. I have actually doubled over my desk in laughter at work and didn't care that people think I'm crazy! I LOVE it! It's better than any book I've ever read!
Thank you for taking the time to write and post it here. I feel like I'm right there with you as I read it! Can't wait to read more...

That's ironic. Because I read your Trip Report before I read mine. I read it when I was weary. Feeling blue.

So that would mean you're green now? Like the best Skittle in the bag?

Thank you so much, UGAFan! I really do appreciate it and I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it. Been there done that in regards to laughing out loud at work. Just don't tell them that you're perusing a Disney message board and reading a very detailed and endless trip report. Or else they might be the ones laughing. Or will they?

TupperMom, you didn't miss the end. Not by a long shot. There's plenty more to come. Try to stay warm this weekend and thanks for posting!

PLEASE STOP!!!! There will be no living with her now. LYMI

I'm just taking time away from doing my homework which is due tomorrow to check in on my all-time favorite TR writer. And to say that we went out for Indian tonight, and guess what I had.

Mulligatawny!!!

I had to get a bowl, just in honor of you. The waiter told me to squeeze lemon in it, which adds a really nice flavor to it. So next time your at Boma and if they have it, try adding lemon.

There's my completely random and un-needed post for tonight, off to study Economics. Ciao baby.

Can someone give me the phonetic spelling with accents on the Mulligatawny soup. Would love to be able to hear it correctly in my head...

Mulligan like in golf?

Tawny that rhymes with scrawny?

insensitive indirect article?
Zzub - I thought those nuns taught me how to diagram sentences like a pro but that one I just don't remember...

It's time to get down to the nitty gritty! Where's the next chapter Lala? I've been waiting patiently but I've stood all I can stand and I can't stands no more!!!

It's comin'. I just got sidetracked by real life. But while you wait for the next installment, you should check out ZZUB's latest chapter. It's sure to make you green. I'd keep a fanny pack handy though if I were you. Yes, it's that bad. Yet hilariously funny all at the same time.

Good for you SoccerDog! Did you say it a couple of times when you ordered it? Just for good measure? You know you did.

Almost. Take the n off Mulligan and you got it. And I think you have to add an exclamation point or three behind it. Please see SoccerDog's post. She's got it down pat I think.

:beach:

Of course I said it numerous times. I exclaimed, then proclaimed, and then just shouted it out loud for good measure. And then I promptly filled my bowl all the while sending out a telepathic "this is for you La". The waiter didn't seem to understand my excitement. They know me as the white girl who only orders one thing.
