Hi Guys

We are going on ou first DCL in August, and it is our 10th anniversary.

I have the REAS package booked, and I've arranged it so that our PALO reservation is on semi-formal night. My question is this - would a dinner suit be too over dressed for PALO on semi-formal night?

Regards
Darren

Palo is seperate from the formal, semi formal, etc. thing. You are technically supposed to dress nicer for there, so no, I don't think you would be over dressed at all.

No, you will not be overdressed. My husband wore his sports coat without a tie. He hates wearing a tie! We saw a little of everything while dining at Palo's.

Actually, the Navigators say that a jacket is requested for Palo anyway.

DH and I go white tie tux on formal night and black tie tux on semi-formaal no matter what restaurant we are in. Heck if he wears his other suits twice during the cruise, he might as well wear the tux twice.

Besides, what is the real difference comfort-wise if you are wearing a suit vs a sport coat.
