Overambitious trip plans?

We've done plenty of split stays and plenty of non-split stays. Split stays are fun, but the trip does feel different.

The first and most important piece of advice I give any peers contemplating their first trip is this: you'll never do it all. If you try/expect to, you'll be disappointed. If, however, you focus on a few things to do, you'll have a delightful trip and enjoy many bonus experiences along the way.

How does that apply here? It sure feels like you're biting off a lot to me. You could pull it off and love it...or you could find yourself feeling completely wiped out by the end of your trip. I'm partial to having time for relaxation.

sounds great on paper to me. We are good and flexible travellers, and will have a vehicle for this trip to assist with transfers, etc, but am I trying to cram too much in??? Any thoughts /recommendations would be appreciated.
It is nice to check out different resorts but there is also something to say about being able to settle in. I would reduce to 3 resorts - your first leg at AK (BC will be impossible to get) Vero and then OKW. That would give your family a good taste of DVC. If you want to be close to a park for your first leg I would consider GF, BW, Riv or BLT.
