just curious, what are those green and yellow things?? Love this trip report!

They are skinny containers for cards and money. A lot of people use them at the water parks for their pass, and key card, and money.

MeMom, great DHS pictures! I really love those tinsel stars that line the street to ToT, perfect for tinseltown. That one of the "less competent" driver and the cop is so funny, I can't wait to see the street performers when we go. Excited to hear about your Thanksgiving dinner at Chef Mickey's!

Jill, how are you feeling? Brooklynn is so good, sitting and waiting patiently for her food. You guys are so lucky to have such a beautiful little girl and another one on the way and they are both lucky to have such great parents and MeMom!

We were all coming from different direction to meet at the Contemporary for dinner. Jill, John, and Brooklynn had gone back to Music for rest, Trent and Jarvis had gone to Animal Kingdom, and I had gone over to Pop and Hollywood Studios for pictures.

I got there early to roam the grounds.

The others arrived, and we checked in at Chef Mickey's.

'Ungood Pictures' was the obvious theme for me this trip.

While we were waiting, one of the CMs passed out onto the floor at the counter. The other CMs formed a 'wall' with their backs facing him as other cast members worked with the downed young man. All of the commotion caused quite a delay in getting people seated, but it was understandable.

While we waiting, before the CM passing out incident, Brooklynn was moving to the music in a way that you would just have to have seen to understand. She was flailing her arms and spinning, and then every once in a while she would kick her leg back and out to the side. I was laughing to the point of tears.

I only got blurry pictures of her, since she was on the move the whole time.

this is so funny because during our december trip we became familiar with this "wall" drill that they do. i will say no more as to not spoil the climax of our story. i hope the CM was okay.

Story of my life!

Chelsea and Connor would have a blast! Chelsea loves playing with little kids!

It's the story of mine, too.
Actually, if I didn't have a Disney disease, I would probably be doing much better in the financial aspects of my life!

Jill and her cousins always loved looking after the little kids, so I guess I figured all young girls pretty much do.

Having to mark them, I hate marking!!

I just got finished doing three sets of papers to get averages ready for mid-term progress reports. Jill called to tell me she had put the videos up, so I stopped so I could see those. I have four more sets, and I'm done for the day.

Those are the last of a dying breed of anything with the Pop Century logo on it, too. They used to have t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, stickers, keychains, etc., but they've sold it all out.

Brooklynn was a very good little girl yesterday. She was good at our friends' house and didn't bother a thing. She stayed right with us and played with Jack. She did get her feelings hurt a little when Phil (the dad) accidentally stepped on her foot as he was passing by. She didn't cry, but her lip puckered out and she fought back tears.

She was good at the Disney Store, too, and didn't beg for things. She just had a good day all around.

I feel very, very blessed to have my kids and grandkids!

That CM was working again later. We saw him as we left. Somebody said he wasn't sick or anything, but he just hadn't had anything to eat and had been working a long day.

She was getting down, that's for sure!

I think I achieved moves like this once when I accidentally stepped into a fire ant mound.

There were two little girls at the next table, so they were all twirling round right there together. The littlest one was sort of watching Brooklynn and following her lead.

I still laugh every time I look at it. Those arms flailing and the legs kicking are just pretty funny to me!

We've enjoyed Chef Mickey's for breakfast and for dinner now. Jill said she preferred the breakfast, but I liked them both. As long as there is food and fun, I'm happy!

I'm still trying to decide between Chef Mickey's breakfast or dinner. I'm sure we can't go wrong. The sweet little chocolate 'Mickey head' may sway me towards dinner.

With the new 90 day ADR rule now, I have lots of time to change my mind back and forth.

I'm still waiting to find out if they are going to fix my car or write it off. I just need to be more patient.
