im anxious to see what you pictures you snapped that day at MK.
and to hear (read) if Jill got internet
No internet yet. She has told John she has to have it before she's at home on her maternity leave or she'll go crazy.
She's crazy enough without adding extra, so he probably should get it!
Just getting caught up and saw that you ARE going over spring break!!

Loving the early morning pics!
I hope you enjoyed all of your family activities. I'd love to see a picture of the boys with all of their goodies!
Yes, it does look like we are going to go. My friend, Kay, seemed to be really ready to commit, so we went ahead and booked the flight. Right now, with all of the holiday stuff, it hasn't really sunk into my brain, but probably on the first day the kids come back to school, I'll be very happy that I have a Disney countdown going!
We went for my daughters birthday & Christmas in 2006 and my Christmas presents were ornaments for our little tree that we put up in our room. They were plenty for that tree but not enough for our big tree here at home. Hopefully over the next several years visits I will slowly be able to buy enough to fill our tree at home.
I can't wait for more of the morning walks.
That's the way to do it - just add one or two each year. By the time the kids are grown, you have a huge tree filled with cool ornaments. My little tree has such a variety. It has Disney, Sesame Street, Cabbage Patch Kids, booties I made for Jill on her first Christmas, a pickle from Germany in Epcot, Frosty the Snowman, Batman, Superman, Charlie Brown, balls of different kinds...just all kinds of stuff that reminds me of when the kids were growing up.
About the morning walks....don't forget your jacket. It was cold!
I'm getting SO excited! Now that the craziness of the holidays is over, I can really start getting ready. I'm tempted to start making my packing lists already. My mom also got the Unofficial Guide, so I need to borrow that. We have 45 days left, it's crazy.
My mom was doing that too!

As soon as the camera panned down Main Street, she said, "MY CASTLE!"
Quick question: When you and Jill went to get tonga toast on one of your trips, I know you went to the Poly. Did you get it from the food court there? My mom is also dying to try it, and we want to go one morning for it, but get it from the food court, if possible. Thank you!
ETA: I always love the pics from your early morning walks. I need to take an early morning walk around Pop sometime--I swear I will do it sometime this trip!
45 days! Yay! Almost time for one of Dawn's 30 day countdown charts!
Yes, we got Tonga toast at Captain Cook's. You know how quickly things change down there, though. I can't guarantee that they still have it, but they did when we were there. Check over on allears - they list the menus of almost every food court and restaurant.
If you walk around Pop early, you'll see a lot of ducks and rabbits and turtles down by the lake. The rabbits are everywhere. They don't have much fear of having the run of the place! It's very peaceful just watching them go about their business.
What a wonderful early morning look at MK! I bet it was fun to just take pictures and wonder around a little bit.
I love an early morning walk in WDW - taking pictures, shopping, or whatever!
I could see how ornaments that big might look funny on a smaller tree...but you can always count on HGTV to teach us how to spruce up our homes tastefully!

Next year, next year...Saving is most definitely the big thing on my mind right now, hard as that may be. Good luck with it, you know it will be worth it in the end when you get to take yet ANOTHER trip to the World!
Those pictures from the morning on Main Street are wonderful! It looks so gorgeous and I can only hope I get so lucky as to be able to visit WDW during the holiday season. Like you said, saving, saving!
I went to get a few groceries, and I did pretty good. I got milk, eggs, and the few things I needed, and the only non-neccesary things I got were four sacks for 15 cents each to put gifts in for tomorrow's World Showcase meal, a $1.40 Mickey gift bag for next year, and a can of peanuts for half price. I love nuts, so I couldn't pass that deal up!
