Over the door hooks and Disney resorts

Has anyone had any luck finding over teh door hooks that fit on the hotel doors (we are staying at SSR in a 1BR if that matters). I know I brought some last year and they didn't fit (door was too wide).

If you have some and happen to remember where you bought them, that would be super! Thanks!!!

Are you looking for a hook to go on the outside door for something like a wreath? If so, JoAnn Superstores carry a magnetic wreath hook. All the outside doors at Disney resorts are metal. The magnetic hook should work great.

I was more thinking to hang swimsuits/towels/etc.

Well I'm not sure about over the door hooks, but you could try those suction hooks - the ones that you push the hook up/down and it's plastic and then it seals the suction. Wow that was a pretty bad description! I've gotten some from the as seen on tv store, and some from the dollar store (but the suction part isn't always the greatest).

They work well, but only on a pretty darn smooth surface.

I haven't found any wider hooks that would work on the doors there, but have thought about buying those big hooks made by 3m with the Command Adhesive (see here). I ended up not buying any because they are a little on the spendy side IMO. We just ended up hanging our wet suits from the shower head to dry. Just thought I'd mention it though. I've used these products around our house and never had a problem with them damaging the walls or anything.
