MNSSHP is a cash cow, which would lose attendance with a no costume policy.
I bet those rules stay during park hours, but are relaxed for the Halloween Party. The fake weapon portion will likely stay in place.

Here are the new costume rule for MNSSHP I predict:
No fake weapons
no disney character costumes
no costumes resembling CMs
