Oval window decals, need help!

Last year I special ordered 2 black and white oval window decals for our van. One was "DVC" and the other was "OKW.' We have since traded in the van and bought another. Now I would like to order 2 new decals but I can't seem to find the website where I ordered them from. I thought it was Autostickers.com, but I was wrong. Does anyone know where you can special order these decals???
