outside videographer inside the parks?

Hello! I'm so sorry if this question has been answered before but I wasn't able to find my answer.

If you have an outside videographer for your wedding day, are they able to come into the parks if you have a DP? Thanks so much for all your help!

Unfortunately, they are not. However, don't let that deter you from using them for the rest of the day! If you really really need video of the dessert party, Disney can do it, but most people are OK with skipping it — the DP only lasts an hour, which gets whittled down considerably when the video is edited.

we have chosen to use an outside videographer for our getting ready and ceremony video -- we just love the other videographer so much I have decided I would prefer to have her there for at least part of it. We are planning to use a hand held video camera for the rest just to catch some of the fun action shots at a cheaper price. We went back and forth about Disney Video for reception and DP, but we decided it just wasn't worth the price difference based on certain reasons... good luck with planning!
