Outside Vendors for Floral

Are you allowed to do this? How does it work exactly? The prices of Disney's floral just seem outrageous to me! I would love to use an outside vendor..

Yes, you can use outside floral vendors except for any in park events.. then you have to use Disney floral.

Are you having a custom or an intimate? I used Emily @ Charming Events for my custom wedding. She does have a $2500 minimum on weddings. She did amazing work!

There is also a fee involved if you use any outside vendors.

There can be fee for outside vendors but I didn't get charged.

There is Raining Roses ( you pay as much as Disney but get a whole lot more for bang for the buck they are true " Floral Designers")

Danielle Evans with Dream Designs Florist - she came in alot heaper then Disney with one of my quotes and only has a $800. minimum.

Also you can negotiate with Disney and "cutt corners" ei if it doesn't matter if the unity arrangement or bridesmaids bouquets are smaller, more greenery and fewer flowers in arrangments.

Oh and if you are an intimate I think I have heard that some of the florist don't have min. if you pick up ( just incase all you wanted was personal floral)

We are using Whimsical Wey. Chris is the owner and operator. She only does one wedding a day. We are using her for all our personal floral. Unfortunately, because we are having our reception at the LS, we have to use Disney Floral, but we originally had price quotes for all the floral for centerpieces, personal floral and other decorations and it was around $1100...

I've seen pics of her work and they're beautiful! I would highly recommend her.

We got our quote from disney with our floral and it was too much!! 2,787. and it was only for bouquets and chair covers & frosted vases. She charged 100 per bridesmaid bouquet!! And it was just red roses. No green - nothing more. So, I am doing my own bouquets for the bridesmaids as well groomsmen. Disney will do mine and df's floral.

I went to michael and bought there silk floral bouquet (black magic roses) for $10. With 8 bridesmaids that is 80! Great compared to 800!!! And anything else i can do on my own - i will.
