Outlook error messages

What happened is I loaded PEST CONTROL and ran it. Once I did that, this error popped up (I had 2 spywares that it got rid of). I have tried to repair (didn't work) and tried to reload it completely. Again didn't work. I am wondering if it's a windows issue more then outlook?
It's causing havoc. I can't use my address book

I haven't tried to reload windows... I assumed it was an outlook issue since it seems to be the only program affect.

Any suggestions??

Thanks, so far no go I don't have AVG. I did have the Microsoft virus scanner and a program called PEST CONTROL. I deleted both of those and so now I am reloading office and HOPING it installs correctly.

I am going to really be mad if I have to reformat again.

Hmmmm... the "avgxch32.dll" is from AVG.

Can you tell us about your "Pest Control" software? Where did it come from, who makes it, do they have a website?

I would do this before uninstalling anythis else, it walks you through how to tell Outlook to NOT look for that add-in:

Ya know whats weird is we never loaded AVG on here... We did a low level reformat which should have gotten rid of any old files.....


But thank you so much.... Now to figure out why I have 2 of everything in my side bar (2 in boxes, 2 out boxes ect....) LOL
