I've tried searching but can't seem to find it.

Anyone have a link to a list of places to charge your phone in the parks? or the thread that I read here a while back that mentioned those places?

I'm only aware of one park location that has outlets, at MK within the rest area outside the Rapunzel tower bathrooms.
