Can anyone tell me where these outlet malls are that have Disney products? What type of sourvenirs etc.? I have a lot of family to buy for.

I go at the outlets on every trip.
I think the one we go to is the Beltz outlet (close to the Dixie Stampede? Dolly Parton thing...). We buy clothing (t-shirts, shorts, long sleeve, etc.), mugs, toys, jewellery, frames,... They have a good selection at a cheaper price... Oh, they also have some xmas decorations... some, don't expect too much. I know there's another outlet somewhere...we haven't been there.

We take the taxi...cost us $20 total and we have a day of shopping outside of WDW. Who knows if we'll go this year.... we only have 6 days. We'll see how it goes.

There is a Premium Outlet Mall really close to WDW. They are a Disney owned store and sell discontinued merchandise from the parks.

All of the clothes that I saw and bought had disney clothing tags on them. I saw lots of clothing, some kitchen items, pins, watches, coloring books. Mostly clothes and they were very reasonable.

Go over to the Budget Board on this site for more info. The store is called Character Premium Warehouse (I think).

You can get really good deals here. But you do need to have a vehicle, it is not on property.

Good Luck

Maybe that's the one...Premium Outlet. Takes us about 15 minutes by taxi.
I know there's another one called "Beltz Outlet Factories" or something similar.

There are four Disney outlets in teh WDW area - two at Belz (now called Prime One Outlets, and one of them is closed for rehab), one at Orlando Premium Outlets, and one at Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores.

All 4 carry a mix of clothing and souveniers, mostly from last years stock that didn't sell out. Markdowns usually range from 5% to about 40%.

My favorite of th3 4 stores in the LBV Factory Stores location (which is the only one of the 4 not owned by Disney). Their stock is more hit-and-miss than the others, and their store doesn't look all fancy-pretty-shiny, but their prices are way lower than the Disney owned stores, and their location is very close to WDW, convenient to Downtown Disney.

Click the link in my signature for my page on the outlets, which includes maps, driving directions, store hours, and web links.

Another fun place to go is Mouse Surplus. They buy up overstocks, outdated stuff and (the really fun part) actual pieces of the parks and resorts. I'm talking everything from signs and shower curtains to Snow White cars and and entire roomful of furniture from the Polynesian.

On our last trip, we walked away with a bunch of $5 t-shirts (mostly special event shirts from a couple of years before). They may not be the type of souveniers you're looking for to bring back to people, but you can get a lot for not much money, and it sure is fun to look around. Check out their web site at www.mousesurplus.com.
