Chase will only hit one so there is no reason not to lift all of them unless you’re attempting to force them into a specific one (idk if they allow that or insist on a specific one, been awhile since I danced with Chase!).
Good note! Chase will generally issue AF refund if the card is closed or downgraded with 30 days of the AF posting date. Beyond that I think they prorate AFs for downgrades?
