Outgrowing Baby Bag...need ideas

I moved to a sling style backpack when my littles outgrew the diaper bag. :) I actually still carry a sling bag in the parks. It's lightweight, less bulky if I have to stow it and not as hot to wear as a traditional backpack.

I will echo the posters that said ziplocks and/or wet/dry bags are a must for organization. I like ziplocks because they are clear and I can see what I need easily.

Carabiner clips are handy to clip it on to a stroller, or even just sliding the strap over the handles will work to keep it out of the basket.

What do you mean you are "outgrowing" your current bag? 1) Is the bag too small and you want recommendations on a larger bag or 2) You feel you no longer want a diaper bag because your kids are older and you are almost out of that stage?

Also, are you looking for something for a man or woman to carry, or both?

I would not purchase a new diaper bag given your kids ages.
#2- the one I have currently is enormous and fits a lot more than what we currently need for the ages that we have..

I would then go with a nice tote bag that you like or a backpack. I have tons of tote bags, one for the beach, one for the mall, etc. My youngest of 4 is now 13 but I still use the totes for the beach and some shopping trips. If I were to go to Disney, I would be more inclined to take a backpack over a tote because the tote is stuck to one shoulder whereas you can distribute the weight on both shoulders with a backpack.

Hey! We are outgrowing our current SkipHop baby bag We are a family with 2DS (6&turning 3). We don't need a bag for holding bottles anymore, or the diaper changing pad- but for a change of clothes for both, pull-ups, wipes, and a place for personal items. Another thing we loved about our current baby bag is that it had stroller clips- which came in handy and left the bottom stroller compartment for storage. Im hesitant to buy another bag.. but don't know what people do during this transitional time. Any suggestions please. Thanks in advance!
Our diaper bag has always been a backpack. When we go to the parks, we use an REI hiking backpack (narrower profile). I bring two hooks like these to hang on the stroller, and the backpack can then hang from those hooks.

The backpack isn't a specific diaper bag backpack, so we will be able to use it for years for whatever needs arise. We have a plain black Vera Bradley backpack that we use at home when we aren't carrying as much as we would when at WDW. Again, it's just plain black and isn't a diaper bag, but a "tech" backpack (separate pocket inside the main part for tablet/laptop), so it will have plenty of ability to be used beyond the years of having young kids.

At Disney I used an XL ziplock bag for extra clothes, pull ups, wipes, snacks, and things I could leave in the stroller basket. It was easier to get through security. I then carried a small crossbody bag for ID, phone, money, etc.

At home I still used my diaper bag because I loved it. My youngest is 6 now so I used the bag occasionally as a carry on.

I have two kids, a 7 year old and a just turned 3 year old. For changes of clothes and pull ups I recently moved to the hamster bags from One Step Ahead. They lower the weight load on the stroller so I can use them on a lightweight umbrella stroller without tipping it over. We used them on our last Disney trip and I liked them a lot. They don't have all the little pockets that a diaper bag has, so it was easier to get through security with them. They also come with clips that stay on the stroller and were very easy to take on and off the stroller so again, getting through security was a lot easier.

It was also kind of nice that since there were two separate smaller bags instead of one big bag, I separated the kids clothes into each. And on days when you need to take less stuff you can use just one.
