Can you tell me who sells Outdoor work wear in the US? I am from Canada and I will be in the US shopping next week. I am looking for some stores that would sell coveralls, warm work coats etc for my husband.

Brands - Carhartt and Dickies

Stores - Kmart, Target, Walmart,

Also, sporting goods stores have outdoor ware too. Check Dunhams, Cabelas, Dicks, Gander Mountain, Bass Pro Shop.

Check the webistes for these stores to verify they have what you're looking for.

My husband definitely prefers Carhartt, although they are a little spendy. I don't know where in the US you will be shopping, but we live in Minnesota and usually buy this type of stuff at Fleet Farm or Home Depot. (yes, our Home Depot has had clothes & boots this time of the year.)
Another thing is when you are in an area, they know the places to shop, so if you got to a store and they don't have what you want, ask an employee and they might have ideas for you.

Try Bob's Stores. We just went shopping for this exact stuff for my DH on Sunday and we got some really great stuff for only $99! Here's what he got:

1- Thick hoodie (good for fall)
2- Thick, faux fur/sherpa type lined hoodie (good for winter)
3- Long sleeved, thick work shirt
4- 2 button down warm, fuzzy work shirts with the two chest pockets
