Outdoor seating at Tony's

My daughter loves Lady & the Tramp, so I booked a late lunch at Tony's (I know the reviews are very mixed). My question is, will we be able to request to sit outside, and if they say we cannot, are we able to cancel the reservation at the last minute without being penalized? Going in February and aiming to eat only outdoors until our last day. Also, can you get autograph cards with the characters' "signatures" from Tony's? Thanks in advance!

After checking in on the app I would a cm at Tony’s if you can sit outside, worst case you might have to wait some extra time. But if they aren’t able to then yes you can cancel without getting penalized if you cancel with a cm at the restaurant or guest relations.

Just a note, they don't always seat on the patio. They weren't the last time we were there, and it wasn't overly hot outside. My guess is they didn't have the staff to open it.
