Outdoor kitchens- how filling are they?

I know this will vary from person to person, but I am trying to figure out if it is worth it to get the quick service dining plan, or just pay out of pocket. I am just having a hard time figuring out how many of these small plate items would make up for a meal?

My boyfriend and I for a 'meal' at the kitchens would get one or two items from 3 to 4 kitchens and share them, and that would be enough for us.
