Our visit is the week after Easter, a very busy time.

We are going with our three teenagers and although I know its not the best way to do it, we will most likely get a late start every day and probably not enter the parks till 10 AM or so.

I'm wondering - has anyone ever encountered the situation where any of the parks have been out of wheelchairs? I was planning to get the discounted rate where you pay up front for five days of use. But worried that if any of the parks are out of wheelchairs - then what?

Also, if we park hop and go to another park and arrive at 4 or 5 pm - is it impossible to get a chair that late in the day?

Thank you,
Kris

Normally Cast Members can borrow strollers or wheelchairs at no charge. However, this option is blocked out from April 3 through April 17. This means strollers and wheelchairs will be in short supply.

If you get to a park within an hour of opening there should not be any problems as the biggest crowds have not yet hit. Likewise, if you arrive after 4:00 there should not be problems as many people will have already left.

If a park is out of chairs about the only thing you could do is wait for one to be turned back in.

Your other option is to rent a chair from off-site. See Post #2 in the disABILITIRES FAQs (follow the link in my signature) for a list of companies where people here have had good experience. This will also allow you the ability to use the chair at your Resort.
