Group D - Tentatively I'll say Create Zone, but I may change that
Group F - Crush and Gusher

Do you need to know element selection? It may be awhile before I figure that out.

This means I can't scrap my DTD, DQ or TL pictures until September! I actually had them printed before I remembered this swap. Well, I'll have no excuse not to scrap them as soon as this swap is returned!

Got you added and yes all the restaurants chosen are in DTD although some of them are also in other locations on property. Wetzel's Pretzels is on the Westside and you can get snacks and Hagaan Dazs Ice cream there. It is across from Virgin Records I believe near the enterance to Pleasure Island. (Yes I believe this may show I have been to Disney a few too many times but oh well.

I'm sorry, I was having a hard time with my connection after I started signing up tonight and gave up. Went outside and was working on my slide swap on the patio....It was absolutely gorgeous with very UN-July-like weather!!
Came back in and my connection is much better!!

Rebecca, could you please take me out of the Restaurants page kit group. I started thinking about it and I don't think I would do a full page or 2 page spread on just one restaurant there ( well Ghiradelli's maybe!!). I think I'm more likely to do more with just one element for each place. Sorry to put you through that.

Yes, I'm a WDW junkie, too,....52 times and counting!! I don't do much on the West-side of DTD other than making a dash for maybe 3 specific shops each time to see if they've gotten in anything new, and then I'm back to the Marketplace!! So, I've not noticed the Pretzel place.

Hey, don't change it just for me....I will make do. Just wondered about the date. I wouldn't be starting on these or the other August swaps until August, and this one after Nancy's 2 swaps, so it would be really close. But, if that date it good for the rest and you, leave it.

Group B -Restaurant Element: Portobello Yacht Club (or, Earl of Sandwich if the first choice is not OK). (Topper)
Group C- General DTD element: Please clarify. Are we just choosing an element so this can be a general group for DTD, or do we need to specify a topic as well? It would be cool to just have a general DTD group that we could use for our photos of the area and not just one activity or facility. If we need to specify, I would do a topper for "MarketPlace".

I like Susie's suggestions for the DTD recreation topics. I like to photograph the topiaries and outdoor displays with pots, plants, and fountains, etc.

Yeah, the suggestion of doing the store for a swap item is a good one, Susie! It's just unfortunate that Disney has been reluctant to respond to the guest requests for this store to grow. I would have chosen it but it's not anything I would photograph. Art of Disney, yes, but not the other end of the building.

I agree. (Seems to me that they are missing out on a lot of money by not adding more stuff. I know I would buy embellishments, but not kits...)

I know there isn'tmuch in that store. There were some embellishments in there that I had just bought at ACM the previous week for half the price and that was not on sale.

I bought Mickey Mouse head Paper Shapers and when you caught out with them...let's just say, it looks nothing like the package does.

This year the albums were mainly 3 ring...what is up with that?

Hi! Can I get the Christmas store in the elements group?

I also have a question about the shops kits group. Being a Pooh fan, I still call it "Pooh Corner". They sell Pooh stuff, and we always have our picture taken outside of the store with the Pooh & Tigger set-up. Could I do "Pooh Corner"? If you all would rather not do that I understand! If not Pooh Corner, can I have Disney Tails in that group? Thanks!!

I have never bought the year albums at WDW but was thinking of getting one this year. You mean they are 3 ring now? The lack of scrapbook supplies at WDW always disapoints me. I was cleaning out some things preparing for our trip in a couple of weeks and I found my one scrapbook purchase I made last year, character letter stickers. I think it was the only thing I found that I would use that I couldn't get at home.
