What a crazy time. Our appraisal for our new home came back only $100 more then what we needed it to. FHA requires the appraisal to not be more then the asking price. Not like cutting it close. The new roof that the seller was required to put in for us, was completed. We drove by the house last night and was totally surprised to see it 100% done! And we got our final approval from underwriting last Friday.

So in the midst of all the packing we're now doing for the big move, we're trying to get all of our laundry done and our stuff ready for our Disneyland trip which is in two days. Hard to believe. We put our money down last January and now it's almost here.

I can't do live updates on here, but for anyone wanting to follow, we'll be posting pictures and maybe even short videos (since facebook application has that capability now) on FB throughout each day of our trip. Anyone wanting to follow, just send me your FB name.

Thanks! I feel like I'm being tugged at in 50 different directions. Once we get back, it's finishing up packing, having the new place cleaned, carpets done, the move. Feel like I don't know where to start or end.

Need this vacation more then anything. I just hope we relax and not think about anything while we're gone.
