Our trip - Day 9 - Homeward Bound

ME – turned 37 on this trip, first time planning a trip, and boy did we have fun!
DH – 34 – couldn’t believe how many hours I spent planned this trip, but he gets it now!
ODS – 11
YDS – 8

Day 9 – 3/6

This is it… we are going home. We head to the food court for our last meal here at POR, and after the kids ask to go to the resort gift shop. Mom is the strong one who says no, we are all packed and can’t possibly fit one more thing in ANY of the luggage. Go back to the room, do the once over for any left behind items, and head out to meet our Tiffany Towncar driver at 8:30. Mauro is waiting for us, and before we know it we are at the airport all checked in, and now waiting for our 11am flight.

Gee… now might be a good time to have YDS START on his journal that he was suppose to be doing on this vacation.

It’s now 4pm, and we are back home in NY. The mounds of laundry are staring me in the face. Wasn’t I just on Main Street 24 hours ago?

We had a wonderful vacation. There were so many wonderful memories that I will cherish. I’ve taken about 11 rolls of film, and most of them came out great. The kids and DH had a great time, and really want to go back in Oct.

So now the planning starts again. I have ressies at POFQ, but may switch to WL, maybe we’ll do a water park, and maybe MNNSHP.

Of course we will... in fact I have the picture of Elly with Timon that I hopefully will get out to you this weekend, that's IF it ever stops snowing here!!! I HATE SNOW!!!

The IllumiNations Cruise will always be one of my highlights of this trip, not sure how to top that when we go back in Oct.
