The island is just beautiful in general. Even on a partially cloudy day like that one, you couldn't take a bad photo. Only having ONE day there just isn't enough.

That tree and the "snow" just look a little out of place there when you see the background in the picture.

The Christmas decor was super fun. They even had a "snoap" machine blowing snow.

Day 8  Part 2

When I last left off, we were hopping on the tram to head out to the middle of the island.









When we got to the next tram stop, Minnie and Goofy were there to greet us.

After about an hour or so, DS called and he wanted to get off the boat onto the island. DCL will not allow anyone under 18 off the boat without a parent. We were very happy about that, so DH didnt mind heading back to get him off the boat so he could spend time with his friends. Heres a photo of him and one of his new friends. She was super sweet and we met her parents later on in our trip at the parks and hung out with them some.

I was so happy to have a traditional Thanksgiving menu. The last two Thanksgivings we have gone to Garden Grill and you can get a pretty close to Thanksgiving meal there, I think.

We have never been to Castaway because of hurricanes and THANK GOD our cruise in March is not during hurricane season.

You are going to LOVE it !! Make sure you take your camera. Lots of great photos to be taken. It is just so beautiful there. I didn't know you had another cruise scheduled. That is so exciting. Did you sign up for the FE??

and thank you for taking the time to say hello !! She saw it FOUR times !! That girl is obsessed I tell you. She would have seen it five, but they didn't have the glasses out for one of the times so she skipped it. They were showing it in 3D.

I have a better photo of it that I will post tomorrow. It really was cute.

I really wish we had stayed out there longer. Even though it looks cloudy, it really was a beautiful day. She HAD to get back to the boat to watch Frozen again. I just love that island. It is seriously a little piece of paradise.
