Our signed contract is on fedex!!!!!!!!

Just sent off the signed contract!!!! We are now DVC members and our "home" is AKV!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited, cant wait until they are finished building.

Once they rec. the signed contract should we expect anything else? How long does it take for them to send the permanent member cards?

I just received notice that I closed on my contract and I am "officially" a DVC member. I bought AKV when I was down at Disney in July although I can't use my points until after May '09. I did receive developer points which I was able to use for a few days at SSR. I do have a question. We are planning on goint to HH for New Years (I have to pay since I don't have the points) but that's ok. My question is, "Has anyone been to HH during the holidays and how was it?".
