DBF and I ate lunch at Crystal Palace on Wednesday, May 28th.
We had Manny as our server, and Ron was the chef who came out and asked about the "Other" we had noted on our ADR, under the Allergy section.
Manny was a very efficient, helpful, and friendly server.
Chef Ron took the time to walk me around the buffet and note the items that were vegan. He was very accommodating as he brought out different dishes for me at our table. He also told us about different vegan desserts that he could bring out, and Manny brought them out to our table when we were ready.
I was very, very pleased with my first dining experience at Crystal Palace, and I wanted to thank Manny and Ron for their great guest service.
Oh, we also did make sure to stop by Guest Relations and fill out compliment cards.
