ooo, my, tired brilliant mind just came up with something?

we should have a Lime Green Meet at the world.

one of these days.

it would be the largest gathering of LGMHs ever!

Well, it looks like my trip will overlap with Disunc. I have a pair of lime green pants and lime green shorts, so I expect to be stopped. If anybody sees me, don't be shy. I just wish I could find the lime green zinc oxide they used to sell to keep your nose from getting sunburned. THAT would be noticeable, and would have the added benefit of mortifying my two teenagers.

:rotfl: :rotfl: Put some lime green food coloring in sunblock, anmd rub it all over your arms and face. ;)

Dont you just  to mortify the wee darlings!!!!! :woohoo:

Off Topic here.....But DisUnc almost once had a MAJOR coronary due to this colored sunblock! We have a community pool where I live. I have never saw the colored sunblock before! Especially the BLUE. One day I walked into the pool and saw my friends 4 year old laying on the pool stairs all covered in BLUE sunscreen!!! :scared1: Only I didnt know it was sunscreen!!!!!
Needless to say...DisUnc made quite a scene that day trying to SAVE a very  4 year old girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be in the WORLD 7/23 TO 8/2 @ THE PC!

Forgot to mention the Crocs (I am a fan, just don't have the lime green ones). Seemed like every other person had them on!

OT - but @ TL I saw a pre-teen lying on the bottom of the pool, near the wall between waves. I went over to her to see if she was goofing or alive. She got po'd @ me. Said she was trying to see how long she could hold her breath.:rolleyes1 She looked green to me...no good deed goes unpunished.

:lmao: :lmao: I want a lime green pair of Crocs! Because of the DIS, I will never look at lime green the same way again. In a good way that is! ;)

I can't wait until the day we are able to embarass the the kiddos. Right now they are too young and think we are funny. It's good to travel with your own laugh track in tow.

If they were teens I would just love to stand in line for sw and sing the song.

Just finished wathcing pirates of the caribean (again). I think some of the pirates have lime green eye balls. Or maybe the color on our garage sale kid tv is bad.

Disunc that is not funny about the sunscreen (having done pool cpr before). I use this sunscreen all the time and the color goes away pretty quickly when you rub it in. How much do you have to put on to look hypoxic (sorry nurse word).

Mouseketeer Roll Call.....DWHEATL!

I just earned my ears! :earsgirl:

My family and I are going to Disney in Sept. Last night I stayed up while my girls were asleep and decorated foam princess tiara's and foam sun visors with their names and jewels, for my husband a crown (he might wear it for a picture I'm sure that will be it). I also did the tiara's and sun visors for my sister and I (a few less jewels than for the little girls) BUT with one addition to my visor. I found a sheet of lime green art foam and cut out a lime green mickey head and glued it on my visor. :artist: I can't wait to see the expressions of my girls when they see their princess accessories. I also did funky foam sunglasses that have crown shapes. They are 3 and 5 y/o and more and more is definitely better as far as they are concerned. And best yet the foam hats and tiaras were only a dollar a piece at Michaels the most expensive thing was the tub of adhesive foam letters which was $7 and the bag of jewels which were $3.

Very Creative, and glad you respected the lime!
Thanks, :) :) I like to think I'm creative but I often have to be sparked to be creative. And I'll tell you a trip to disney certainly gives one a lot of spark. But, also Michaels had examples of how to make up the crowns and that gave me great ideas.
