My Computer IS magnetic!!! Omg!! You wont believe it!! THer are so many things I have oput off because someone is on the DIS.

....bleh.....off to the gym..... but, I've been so addicted to you guys I haven't been going often enough (and my back can tell...)

This is the perfect opportunity to tell you how I DIS and exercise at the same time. Well, some days I do my The Firm DVD

and when I need to take a short break between sets, I will check the laptop

and see if anyone has posted anything new to the green thread. But other days, I DIS on my treadmill

. I have a program on my laptop that controls the treadmill interval program (speed, incline, coordinating music/playlist), and so I plug my treadmill into the laptop, set the laptop up on the little shelf on the treadmill that's made for that purpose (or to prop a book, etc.), rock out to my tunes , and DIS my brains out while I'm walking/running

. Can't really type at any speed above a slow walk, but I can click links and read. It makes the time go by sooo fast! The treadmill was a big purchase a couple of years ago, but ended up being worth every penny. However, secret here, some days I get distracted enough by the boards that I put off my workout too long, so I know what you're talking about Va-

Very cool Cyn! I've really been wanting to get an eliptical trainer for home use - one of the few things my back can still tolerate. Lordy, that back of mine....started spazing out so I only did 40min and came on home....sorry EeyoreFan no limies tonight. BUT, I am definaltey going to go tomorrow night cause DH wants be to actually pick a paint color for our bedroom!!! Funny - stealing paint chips while actually getting REAL ones.! It's better this way... my cubs (thats' them in my avitar picture... ) can grab about 50 of those things in under two minutes flat!!!

If you do buy an eliptical for home, Va-bear, try to get one that is iFit.com compatible. If you do, I will send you to the website for the software I use. I really does rule and works for any equipment that is iFit compatible (and you only pay for it once...don't have to join the actual iFit.com to make it work).
