Crossing my fingers for you Mr. and Mrs. Oakie that your offer is accepted. It's very exciting getting your own home....fixing it up is half the fun. Really...I mean it!

Wow I guess our family crosses our fingers for good luck! I hadn't read this post yet, when I posted the same thing!

Its beautiful out today right now at least. 65 but very very windy... We are suppose to have thunderstorms today...

Yeah yeah, I'm working on it. It might not be completely done, but for the most part it will be. There is so much intricate detail and work, that I'm not sure it will be complete by then. I am doing the top half of the walls today. I did the window trim yesterday, and the ceiling is done. So today I'll do the top half of the walls. Tonight, I'll cut in the paint along the ceiling. Because if I do it will Laci around, it won't look straight, I'll have it all over

Ok this fool husband of mine is now gone completely MENTAL
He is acctually thinking that he is going to be allowed to pain the rooms in this house we havent bought yet LIME GREEN. This is not acceptable gang!!
Please talk some sense into him!!!!!!!!!!
Ok maybe we can deal with little mickey heads in the paint.....but lime green......common.......HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP

What the heck other color would you use? We all have alien green interiors in our houses!

Yup..been through it with my DH. My brother is only 48 and has three kids 10, 12, and 16. I feel for the kids, I know how much my own worried about their dad.

Um NSalz the oldest son is 18!

Well, the same reason you wouldn't want Em helping you. I was cutting in the ceiling, and she walks in and says MOM YOU HAVE TO LOOK. I can't look Laci, LOOK NOW! I look, paint on the walls when it belong on the ceiling So um, yeah that's why.
