I guess everyone's gone to bed, but I have big news: I got a new car! It's an Elantra, sort of an electric blue.

. They didn't have any in lime green, so they knocked $1000 off the sticker price. After all the trouble with the old car being totalled and carpooling with DH, I got something nice. The salesman cracked me up-he sounded like Robert on Everybody Loves Raymond.

I must confess, I've been slumming on the CB, on the thread about cafeteria Catholics. Do you think they serve lime green Jello at that cafeteria?

Sorry about your dd, that must have been really scary! I got tested for asthma once, almost passed out from the test, but somehow I passed.

That test is insane. Both DS and I have asthma. His is worse than mine, from the time he was born until 2 years old the hospital administrators knew him. The poor baby spent his first and second Christmas in the hospital. We have a nice mixture of medicine for the both of us. We can't use the fast acting inhalers because it does nothing for him, it helps only enough to buy us some time to get the inhaled steroid in him. We live by the nebulizer. We have a portable one and a plug in one. I suck on the inhaler occasionally only because I am a firm believer that you can work through certain attacks, and then there will come a day that you forgot your meds. So I started teaching DS how to work through it and by the time he was 3 or 4, the nebulizer and steriods were not attached to our hips. That doesn't go without saying that we don't need them, but try to not use them if that makes any sense.

I tend to use it most on vacations, wherever we go. I was excited this year, when I was able to get in and out of Animal Kingdom without an attack and do what I wanted to see and do. DH bet me we could get out of there before I had an attack, surprisingly he won lol.

Ok...Just a small problem I noticed today...When I went to home depot for my mickey head paint chips...I got the color sonic boom and I dint notice until after I laminated them and cut all 100 of them out..Should I throw away and go get the right color?!

You guys posted 650 times While I was gone for 2 days! Went to the beachhouse for the weekend. It was fun! My friend and I had this HUGE upstairs, WITH a kitchen, master bathroom, den and walk in closet. We had to fight off al the adults who wanted our room, oh an it had a balcony, OCEANFRONT! And before we got there, we went to the store, and got 6 huge bags of candy, like tyhe halloween ones, where theses 600 pieces of candy in each. In 2 days we ate all but 2 bags. We had candy and Dr.Pepper and Pepsi for dinner. Mmmmm. It was lots of fun!

There is no way to catch up this many posts, so I'm going to sum this up a bit:

Anyone who needs prayers, hugs or pixie dust. There's plenty for you. Get better, or hope everything works out.

Yeah besides its not the same if you work there. Disney is a vacation place not a work place. Have you noticed the girl that moved to fl and got a job at disney hasn't been on the boards much. If you went to disney you would have no time for us!

I know I know a very late reply. I am still here....sometimes. LOL. And you are right it isn't as magical WHEN YOU ARE WORKING but when you are not working it is just as magical. I chose to work at World of Disney in DTD so I didn't have to go into the parks so much....but I still do. I don't come on very much anymore cuz I am always in one of the parks and when I am not in a park I am very tired . When I do work it is work, but it is fun work, I get to make the pixie dust! Its great to see the look in a childs eyes when you have just created that magical moment for them. And even the adults when they walk into the store and see its massive size, the look around in awe. Just before they start cursing about being lost LOL. I do love it down here and so does my family.

Happy Sunday. Ok so it is the last day of the weekend BUT it is still part of the weekend. We slept in, so let Em stay home cause I didn't think it was fair to give her only 10 minutes to get ready for church Soooo lucky us we went out for coffee & a muffin after (ok I was good girl and had a steamer instead) Then we went shopping a tiny lil bit -- needed a few groceries. Then Em Needs a book for school and it is out at both public & school library so good Mom & dad that we are went & ordered it! Then sauntered down the mall towards Sears. I need a new winter MAJOR Bummer ... nothing that i would even attempt to try on for fear that I like them or they look good on me -- can you say $260 for a coat????? Guess I'll just shiver a lot
