ADVIL PM my new best friend! I actually did get to bed early last night around 12am. I took some cough meds. sinuses are draining really bad! That and I was beat from cleaning my basement all day long!

Hope you feel better. Don't want to take meds cuz then I gotta worry about getting up in the a.m. Hard enough already!

Hey Everyone. I got home tonight, and the FedEx guy had dropped off a letter for me. It's my official offer for the facility manager position at our schwans depot here in Baton Rouge. FINALLY!!!! Effective Sunday the 22nd of this month I'll be facility manger. I'll still have to finish training the guy on my route, but I should be off the trucks very soon

We got these a couple of months ago - they are eXACTLY like the ones we saw at the park for $25.00!!! Only problem is htey only come in adult large! My poor 3 yo had one - hopes to wear it in about a decade!!

Yes, I saw that. (I like my t-shirts big, so no problem for me..) I am trying to figure out if it's worth trying to get one each for DS6 and DS8..DS8 can wear an adult Xtra small, but it is still huge on him, DS6 wears a boy's size 6....They would both drown in an adult Large..

I didn't know this had been going on for that long, I hope they don't run out of the t-shirts. When Downy offered the Incredibles fleece blankets, I received the one I ordered to my house, but the one sent to my mom's took almost twice as long...they ran out, but made more.(they were ugly anyway, with all the Downy brand names printed at the bottom...)


So far for "free" Disney stuff I have gotten Incredibles fleece blankets, Cinderella alarm clocks(why, I have no princesses!), Castle trading pins, "the Wild" fanny packs (these are good because they have a bottle holder), and now the POTC t-shirt.


I think I'm gonna go buy some more cheese and have a t-shirt sent to my mom's house.

DISUNC, want about 8 packages of cheese???

My mother has made 'the drop' of my resume. Surprisingly, her boss was very impressed with my resume. They are also sending it to the main office and she asked me to come up with one statement to my objective to make it more job specific. They are sending it there just in case there are openings in other districts So I am now doing the "HAPPY DANCE"

Oh Teresa! That is perfect I want to blow that up since we always carve our pumkins like that -- I have even done one that said Happy Halloween!

And Harry Potter crest is also very kewl. 2 years ago Emily was Hermione (sp?) Her hair is perfect and we bought a black silk house coat at a "cheapie store -- you know a sorta Goodwill on hormones! I downloaded a crest and blew it up then glued to on. We found a hat that was perfect and turned a wooden spoon into a wand! Gawd she was beatiful.

Just got off the phone with the school ::cop: She is nice --- we dealt with her when Em missed 50 days in grade 8. She really wants her to get back into the routine of leaving the house and actually GOING to school.

<sigh> this is so hard for me since I am gonna have to be the one with the boot
