OHH good luck! BUT i understand the whole business of feeling indebted to your mom :guilty:
The funny thing is that I will be 'higher on the totem pole' than her. But I wouldn't be indebted to her, because we would be on 2 different spectrums, although she wants me to try for her specific office. My mother is a clerk and I am applying for the social worker position for Child Welfare Services. So we shall see!

I meant indebted only because you had to send resume thru her.

AND now Bless You! What a great service you provide. :thumbsup2

I just looked at our post count over 20,000!!!! (yeah I wasn't really paying attention to that lately) I remember way back when we thought 1000 was great!!! {sniff} that was soo long ago{sniff}

and not really that long ago. Just over the summer which was about 3-4 months ago. How time flies!

Hi y'all :wave: how's everybody? Just wanted to pop in to send this out to y'all if you haven't seen it already. Thought of Lizzyswan especially, can someone bring it to her attention? I love free stuff, especially if it's Disney. Ok, it's not entirely free, shipping and handlin are $1.95...and then you have to figure out how to get one for each of the members of your family that will be fighting over it, but it's limit one per household....that's where grandparent and office addresses come in handy.....have fun..

I'm constantly bringing home new stuff off the truck for us to try before I sell it to my customers. And most of the stuff off the truck is easy peasy to cook.

Hey Mr. Oakie!! I am going to PM you my addy so you can just forward some on for me to try. Anything that is easy can only be helpful!! Esp. since I work such weird, long hours! TIA!!! ;) :rolleyes1 popcorn::

I learned to cook from watching my mom too, and since it's just me and the doggie I also do the laundry, clean house, etc. No, Teresa not that kind of :laundy:, the kind that isn't fun.

Well it is kinda fun if you want to make sure people stand near you without looks of disgust or holding their noses!

No, they're a quieter bunch there. We'll be discussing everyone's favorite and not so favorite Disney rides, characters, restaurants. Then everyone pulls out their resort mugs from the last trip they took to WDW and throws them into to a roaring fire so that they can never be used again. They're a very serious bunch. :groom:

Bummer, sorry I'm missing that too! :(

Just wanted to let you all know that while we are dealing with dd1's problems we thought it best for us to concentrate on only that, so Dobie is no longer with us. We will really miss him, he is a very special little guy!

I taught John how to drive a stanard (that is how I learned :drive: )

Well you would have thought I was trying to teach him how to drive a spaceship. Very 1st thing (and gazzilion stalls) we were coming up to a stop sign. Now he had seen me downshift to begin to stop so as to save the brakes. Well he handled that like a charm. But I think you know where this is heading ... JOHN USE THE BRAKE! Seems he forgot that both the clutch and brake were needed!! :rotfl2:

And they say kids give you gray hair. LOL
