Half the thread left for WDW this weekend, I think! I have been scarce because the semester is now in full swing and I've been uploading course materials for the last two days. I'm about tired of that. I'm hoping to take a break and catch up on TRs myself tonight and/or tomorrow!

I would do it myself but when it comes to scrapbooking and similar crafts she is sooooo much better than me. I am much better at than she is but she is the queen of scrapbooking in our family.

We got home last night around midnight. We had a GREAT TIME. My DW and I got to meet Teresa (Cross Family). She's really sweet. She told me to remind Lizzy that:

we only had a 5 minute wait on Pirates of the Caribbean!!!

Well the birthday party was a hit. 20 kids at the ice rink and no injuries. That is my idea of success. Cody had a blast too.

I went to a wedding up in the mountains yesterday. The ceremony was overlooking a lake and right in the middle of the vows down came a torrential rain storm. I hope it is not a sign of things to come because she has some serious medical concerns that she has not attended to due to getting the wedding done first. It was a beautiful trip though.

This is the wettest summer I can ever remember since I have lived in Colorado (12 years).

Unfortunately while we were getting rained on in the mountains my town got a storm of the century. It is now in the high 70's here and there are still 6 inches of hail piled up in spots. My trees and flowers are absolutely destroyed and they were so beautiful. Looks like everything else survived the storm ok at my house though. The state fair is just started and it always rains a bunch during the fair but I guess one of the event tents came down due to the storm.

Well got to get to hockey. See you all later.
