Excuse me? Ummmm pardon me? WHERE IS EVERYONE???? I've posted my trip report! I haven't even been home a month yet and I've posted my TR. After all the grief you've given me and with the mere hint that I would post as soon as DISUNC welcomed WinniethePooh93, I thought you would all be lurking here tonight just waiting for the big announcement . Come on everbody wake up! Wake up!

Good night everybody! Getting rid of all that invisible ink is really exhausting. Actually family is getting up very early in the a.m. to go to a non disney park! DD(10) had to miss her girl scout trip to Great Escape in July because she had a swim meet. So we promised her we'd bring her this summer. But on the cool side, we're leaving early so we can stop at the Saratoga Racetrack to have breakfast and watch the horses train, I love doing that! It is sooo much fun!

....and place a few bets I am sure!!!! This is the BIG time of year for Saratoga!

We felt the same way about the GF...it was gorgeous and fun to visit, but not really our style. My mom would love it, though! She's way into the Victorian thing. She loved the photos I took...not that I'll ever get her on a plane to FL, but it was worth showing her the pictures to try. (Hey, I want to bring along some instant babysitters next time. )

Just haven't had time. Can't stay on too long tonight because I have a dentist appointment in the morning. Wouldn't you know it.... 4 days before vacation and I chip one of my front teeth.

Well I can one up you on that . Day before my wedding I chipped one of my front teeth on a piece of .... SPAGHETTI

Thanks for the input - I'm pretty happy with our choices and its the first time for all of them!!! I wonder if I can ask your opinion of the Crystal Palace? It's the only one I'm tempted to change. I originally picked it because we were at MK that day.....but now that I've upgraded to HOPPERS (firs time for them - TOTALLY surprising DH and boys with that! )the options are endless. I think we'll leave Mk mid-afternoon, pool-it for a while and then ???? I'm thinking cancel CP and add Sci-Fi at MGM or???? ACK!!!!!!!!

ps - I would love anyones opinion on this!!!!
(It may be too late to make any changes now anyway....9 days out...)

Now the Sci-Fi... It's dark inside (well you're watching a movie.. whatya expect!)... and your server is in character. Your kids get licenses (I can't remember what they say at the moment), and they usually get to "drive" too! This is a fun place... food is good too, and dare I say reasonably priced! We had to do this for dinner to get our (dining plan's) money's worth. Apps. main meal and dessert (umm, yummy desserts!) is TOO much for hot days! Though we'd given up on finishing any meal.. or even nearly finishing!

What is it with you and getting 'licences" all over the place. We NEVER got a licence in SCI FI and eat there at least ONCE everytrip!

Did you sit in the drivers seat? Maybe they figured since you are the Limey King you would want a lime green license,and they didn't have one.

Well I guess it's true then... MEN CAN'T DRIVE.. and Disney refuses to give y'all licenses!!

That is so funny DU... why don't you get the licenses!? I can't find DD's right now, but when I do I'll post a pic of it. Unlike the Pilot licenses of the Monorail, the Sci-Fi even writes their names on it... and it says something cute. If someone else has a pic of it.. please post it.

I love the Land Pavillion! I think it would be so much fun to get to see the ride while you eat! And get to meet Chip and Dale while i'm at it. The whole concept of eating the food that is grown there is intriguing. I dont eat certain meats and I love veggies. YUM YUM....

I love the Land Pavillion! I think it would be so much fun to get to see the ride while you eat! And get to meet Chip and Dale while i'm at it. The whole concept of eating the food that is grown there is intriguing. I dont eat certain meats and I love veggies. YUM YUM....

We were staying at the cabins so the first night we were checking everything out while we were waiting to go to HDDR. We stopped at the singalong/movie. Saw & met both Chip & Dale. Dang if we didn't run into them EVERYDAY everywhere we went! I told my family if we hadn't seen them that first day we would have probably NEVER seen them at all.

Shoot all you have to do is frequent the HD more-- oh & don't forget the frozen hot chocolate so DU can show DN they really do exist! If that doesn't work wait outside the police station I'm sure you'll see the famous DU there soon!

Thats sounds pretty cool too - ack, I'll never decide...And what do you guys think of the place, who's name I cant think of... (at MGM, I think) where a pretend mom serves you? Is it any good? Do you end up wanting to smack the moms?
