Hey S'belle (trying a new ncikname - like it? I love the name Belle...) I keep meaning to ask you what you guys thought of the FW cabins.... I keep thinking about where we'll stay next august....and have it narrowed down to about, oh 20 places! (the list seems to get longer, instead of shorter!!) That cabin idea appeals to me.

No I think it might be the back to school thing that is killing us. I know alot of schools start this week both grade schools and colleges. Don't worry though during the day it picks up some I have noticed. I had trouble keeping up earlier today.

My middle name is Elizabeth too!!!

My middle name is BETH since Mom figured giving Jacqueline (10 letters) as a first name I needed a break. As it was most of my early school paintings had my name start bottom of page & loop up around the corner
Oh and side note:
We wanted to name our kids after NO ONE in our families and pick names that at the time were not overly popular. Also none of those silly things that when you use initials you spell a name. So Benjamin Kyle & Emily Margaret arrive.

About 6 years ago at the dinner table Emily says "sure mom ... auntie Em Auntie Em can we have Uncle Ben's rice for supper?" DUH why did we not see that one coming

No kidding. I once had two guys follow me into the stacks and START PLAYING WITH MY HAIR. How weird is that? And once I had to call the ::cop: ::cop: ::cop: because a little girl was there after school, and a man stuck his head between some books and STARTED LICKING HER HAND! It turned out he was a substitute teacher at the middle school next door, but not after he was caught licking the girl. So creepy!

I am so guilty, too, of watching bad shows just because they're so bad. I'll get caught by something DH skips by with the remote and say "What kind of moron watches this junk?...what a lame show....idiots...why would anyone waste their time...how stupid...oh." Hehe.

I made a bumper sticker out of one of the shirts I saw at the Big Dog store. It says.... "If I got Smart With you.... How would you know?" I love that t-shirt. Anyway the sticker is on the back of my suv on the window

i think my cat my be the most spoiled thing on the planet:

he has his own dishes, toy box, bed, etc. etc...

and i just bought him a fan!

and he's laying in front of it enjoying every second!!

Sounds like our puppy Tilly Ok she is not a puppy any more but anyone who owns a Border Collie knows they are & forever will be a puppy!

She has stuffed animals that she takes to bed. Em made her a placemat for food/water in this room. She won't eat when she is alone. And the fan ... we have a big room sized one, she sits in front of it, ears blowing in the wind with a big stupid grin on her face.

almost a year!! we got married last Nov. He didnt have a job landed so no money. I sux when you spend 10 yrs in school and cant get a job!!! I have my same job but we had to live normal life with that.

We were married November 10,1984. Had ZILCH cash and hubby was in school. He was washing dishes (yup actually washing dishes)to pay for rent. I was a nanny for a great family who once they knew we were in trouble increased my pay and gave us a car to use the whole time I worked for them! We didn't get anything but 2 days after we were married since John had to be back for school on the Tuesday. BUT our actual honeymoon ... February 1986 in the House of the Mouse. I was preggers with 1st child and sick as a dog but we still loved every minute.
