I am a little disappointed that I didn't see any LGMH's while in the World a few weeks ago. We carried lime green backpack/coolers and never heard a word from anyone. Maybe next time!

I did see a DISer on Sunday!!! She was from the UK and her screen name is scojos. It was my LGMHPC that caught her eye! My DD and I were standing in the line at AK to get Stanley's pic and photo, and I heard someone behind me say (in a charming British accent) "Excuse me. Are you from the DISboards?" and she pointed to my LGMHPC. I was delighted to meet her and immediately thought about all of you, because I just had to come back to tell you all that it worked! No one commented on the LGMHPC I had on the villa door (though it worked great to block that durned porch light from outside the room from coming in through the peep hole) or on the window cling DISUNC left for me (ahhhh! that reminds me that I forgot to leave one for Teresa!!!), but the ones on my Baggallini got me some attention! Woo hoo. So don't give up the good fight, limeys! It can be done!

I am ready to go, girl!! I miss OKW so much right now, my heart hurts. It's good to be home with all my own stuff, but I loved Orlando and WDW so much, I now know what everyone means when they talk about how homesick they get for it. We're in the living room watching our vacation videos. Right now it's Lights, Motors, Action! DH and DS are so into it they hardly know I'm here.

DISUNC, I haven't forgotten that you asked about my impressions of the differences between DLR and WDW. I'm trying to start a trip report and will talk about all those things in it...that way I only have to type it once.

I'm trying to answer posts haphazardly and in no real order, but I have missed sooo much. If I don't answer something or comment on what somebody as already said, I'm sorry. Ask again and hopefully I'll be able to stay caught up now!!

Well, for me it's when I walk through the front doors of the hotel which makes me happy because it makes me feel like i'm at home. I've stayed in WL 2 times and I LOVE IT! They just renovated their food court and it has an ice cream machine (if I saw correctly) huge sandwiches and really good hamburgers.

It's the feeling of the North West that makes it all worth staying there.

We absolutely LOVED OKW. It was amazing, spacious, and so much like home, and we hope to stay there at least part of the time next trip. However, we also went over to the BW/BC/YC area and decided we probably want to stay over there for maybe the first half of the next trip...you know, excitement and lots of people to start, and then relaxation and peace and quiet to end up the vacation. We got to see the GF (and all agreed it wouldn't be a place we'd choose over a DVC type resort), BW, YC, BC, and of course OKW, but didn't have time to check out any of the other resorts (DH agrees that that will be a priority next trip). The glimpse we got of Fort Wilderness campground made us homesick for camping, since it's been 2 years since we've done that. It is so hard to decide what to experience next!

When we were about 15 minutes away from checking out yesterday morning, I looked outside the door and there was the laundry basket full of linens from housekeeping and I said to my DS "Oh, that must be the stuff for the next people." and then we both whined together "Wahhhh! The Next People!"

I've already started my laundry and unpacking! I'm not really dragging, but might be if I had to go back to work any sooner than next Tues. I already have to go to a meeting tomorrow night and that's enough for me already. How was your trip? Did you have fun? I didn't see any Elton John glasses, dang it!
