OMG, I NOW have to get some paint cards LOL. I think I will put one on the door, maybe one on the window, and tape one on my video camera and my digital camera as well. Maybe I should go out and buy a white shirt and just put tons of green mickey heads all over it or one HUGE mickey head with the same green color paint that is on the samples. LOL. Or does it have to be the cards? What other ideas can I do? I really dont feel like going through 300 pages, so any ideas will be great! Also no one will take them down will they in the hotel room? Also do you all just use regular tape or double sided tape to tape them up? We need to start creating some shirts or something for us DISers to wear down there. That will help out a lot, LOL!

Heard a rumour about Coney Island amusement park, someone (of course I can't remember who) bought it and is supposed to restore it to it's glory years. Isn't this the place that had the diving horses?
That rumor was years ago! They have built a brand new Baseball stadium for the Brooklyn Cyclones there. Its Beautiful! However VERY run down around there!
My Moms family always lived there. Never paid for a ride in my life! :woohoo: Always new someone working on something. My father was also the Bartender at the Melodoy Inn Bar. Its claim to fame was that it was directly across the street from Nathans! I too spent my childhood on the beach!

BTW no diving horses in CI...at least not in the 20th century! Atlantic City was known for this!

Lancelot Link was a Saturday am show...with Chimps. He was a private eye. The used human voices for the dialoge.Very Funny Stuff.

Well apparently 38 isn't as old as 19 because I didn't forget. :) When I would watch Lancelot Link it would be right after I came home from school. It came on before the Monkees. I apparently wasn't old enough to see it as a first run show, I had to settle for syndication! :rotfl:

I am soooooo with you on the Sound of Music. I had a serious crush on Christopher Plummer because of that movie. Also I do remember Shangrilaa (sp?) I must have seen it about a dozen times and always happy that the girl from the Bangles (can't remember her name) got the right guy in the end. :rotfl:
