Hahaha! Oh, DISUNC, you have the uncanny ability to say exactly what I am thinking. I'll probably be laughing about this one the rest of the day (and I haven't even gotten over the spontaneous giggles about the first nickname and your reaction to it). I spent awhile this morning looking for an appropriate "putt putt" smiley so I could respond, but didn't find one with the just right flair. Let's put it this way: my kids and their cousins are always teasing grandma (my Dh's mother and not mine of course) about her habit of "putt putting" when she thinks no one will notice!

he's got nothing now...because anything he says i just start cracking up. i told him to just stop bragging about how good his mini-golf game is, because it will probably just end up on here with us laughing about it!

I went to Home Depot this morning and i forgot which color it was (Alien Green) or (Sonic Boom) so i took 15 of each! I put them in my pocket while looking at other paint chips. Iwalked out felling i was going to be snatched up by one of the workers there and ask me way i took so many paint chips, but i did not care! lol


NOW I KNOW ITS ALIEN GREEN!

Just got back from Home Depot and you realize all the disers in your town when there's hardly any of our green paint chips left. I think I picked up 12. I also got red, black, and yellow. I'm going to steal someone's idea and make garland out of them and hang around hotel window. I'm going downstairs now to laminate one for my backpack. It's so much fun doing all of this!!!

Went to HD today and got a large handful of paint chips. Managed to get about 16 LGMH and a number of other colors that I will use to make some form of decoration. Need to get more of the LGMH though

Good Afternoon everyone!!!!!!!! I got my air conditiioner back today!!!!!!! Its going to be hot this weekend.

Whew, I bet you were sweating that!

Now my husband tells me he wants to go camping with his buddy. A family thing. Its only for 2 days one night. They have a boat. Get me a good tan before Fla.

Can somone tell me what the Osborne lights are ? I've seen a couple of references to them....

Saw last night on the "transportation" thread (...kind of funny ...) the luggage tags etc. they send about 40 days out. I've never done a package before - so that's all news to me....so now I'm going to be attacking the mail box each night when I get home from work, since we're about 44 days out. I never thought I'd be excited overl uggage tags...go figure!!!

The Osborne (sp?) lights are ...probably the best display I've ever seen...and it snows too. A gentleman got his display "kicked out" of his neighborhood by the locals - it was attracting too many visitors. Disney offered him a permanent home. Not sure exactly when they go up (assume around Thanksgiving) & they keep them up thru the Sunday after New Years Eve. I thought they were magical, got lots of great photos.

I went to Home Depot for the 3rd time in as many weeks...no LGMH!

My HD has been out too! I guess I may have to take a drive this afternoon. DH is taking the boys to hockey and its just DD and myself. Maybe we will even do an ice cream trip.

Osborne lights are the best. I too have never seen anything better. They even sell light up mugs of hot chocolate that tops the night.

Thanks Keisha - I might have heard of him...very cool. where are they up at Disney? Not that I will be there at Christmas...but hopefully, one year! Everyone makes it sound so great that time of year...(Well, except that week between Christmas and Newyears...) Sorry about the LGMHPC's.... hopefully next time!!!
