She's *supposedly* in FL right now, but who can tell for sure? Here's our sub-standard advent door. Heh. Actually, it's fine, but there are so many colors missing! We only have 20 days left, so it looks much more sparse than kaw1218's door (but we go sooner

) DD put them up in meticulous order...there had to be a system to it, apparently. Who knew I'd ever care about any color other than alien green? Speaking of alien green, did I mention that someone had swiped ALL of that and every other green MHPC?

My DH asked why I don't use some of the LGMHPC for the advent door and I had to seriously correct him. "Do you not realize that LGMHPC are designated for a higher purpose? How dare you suggest such blasphemy!?"

Did anyone see we made the cover of Newsweek this week?

Everything is lime green.

I had to ask DD 16 (aka my Stinkerbell) how to put the image on here. Thank goodness she's speaking to me.

Speaking of magazines....I got this months Glamour...and on the last page they print pictures of good and bad fashion.... there is a lime green I don't even think it can be called a bathing suit, that this guy is wearing.... if you get a chance to glance at the August issue... definately worth a good laugh.(I cannot post it due to this is a family board)

Oh lordy - make that three!!! And after my faux pau last night (sorry if I offened anyone - I was in total goofIness mode...) I'm glad someone else said something offcolor - ofcourse, an ONcolor comment would be LG in color!

Well! SOMEONE has been DISrespecting my HD territory! When I went in to get supplies for our Disney advent door, not only was there NOT one SINGLE Alien Green MHPC, but there were only a few mickey head paint chips left AT ALL in like 8 out of, what, 50 possible colors?! I felt like DISUNC the day after Anc96 has been in town! Who in Redlands, CA is also making a Disney advent door?!

Luckily, I do have just enough mickey heads to make it work, but I didn't get to pick the best colors!

Sounds like the Behr rep needs to be put on an "action plan" for poor performance

cyn - nice LGMH bucket. You should mass produce them & sell on eBay. My family all has big noggins, mouse ears barely fit. Got oldes DS the groom ears and they just sort of balance on his sparsely hair head. Not sure how he'll get it to stay on...maybe a groom visor instead.

disunc - work with me here...were you talking the Jan. marathon pages ago. How crowded do the parks get that week? Sending DS down for honeymoon beginning that Sunday (no marathon, sure they'll get plenty of exercise ). They're planning MGM for sunday then probably loosely following the early EMHs. Unofficial Guide indicates it's a slow period, hope they don't have to fight throngs of DIS'ers.

MVMCP was great, luved Osborne lights too. Looking forward to MNSSHP this year, anyone do it yet?

I went to Home Depot this morning and i forgot which color it was (Alien Green) or (Sonic Boom) so i took 15 of each! I put them in my pocket while looking at other paint chips. Iwalked out felling i was going to be snatched up by one of the workers there and ask me way i took so many paint chips, but i did not care! lol

Just got back from Home Depot and you realize all the disers in your town when there's hardly any of our green paint chips left. I think I picked up 12. I also got red, black, and yellow. I'm going to steal someone's idea and make garland out of them and hang around hotel window. I'm going downstairs now to laminate one for my backpack. It's so much fun doing all of this!!!
