I know about the power walk thing.....Our dd is now twelve and can watch her sister while DH and I power walk.....Although they grow up to fast, it is a great advantage having a built in babysitter!! Did she catch the frog?


My green hair is fine, but if you feel like playing around and making it greener, I would welcome it....but I don't want to become a bother.

Not a bother at all.. it's just like coloring, except I have trouble staying within the lines..lol!

Wow.. you were so lucky to have met him! Well.. especially your kids! I'm sure that will keep the magic so much longer.

People can't believe how my daughter still has the magic (she's 9).. but she saw Santa's boots while peeking under her door one Christmas Eve. Don't ask me how she could see anything.. but she REMEMBERS it.. and so I'm hoping to have that magic around at least through this Christmas.
The sleighbell (think Polar Express) that Santa gave her one Christmas engraved with her name and "always believe" also helps. She loves looking at it and hearing it tinkle..

Children really are the magic in our lives. As long as they have it.. we have it! I encourage it every chance I get... That's where the mutherland comes in!

Well, the house is a wreck, there are piles of laundry to be done, and school starts in two weeks and I haven't written any lesson plans yet, BUT...I am all caught up on this thread!!! (For now.... )

I'm off to actually get some work done before DH gets home and accuses me of being a soap-opera-watching-bon-bon-eating SAHM!

Anc96...I know all about those "mommy power walks", too! I finally gave up and settled for walking at 5am. It's brutal, but not nearly as brutal as having to push DS around in the stroller!!!

She is sweet... I made her myself.. err.. almost
